About Us
We, Flor McCarthy and Martin Lawlor, founded Solicitors’ Growth at the beginning of 2021.
In the year previous, where Live in-person gatherings were not possible, we decided to host and provide online CPD training for our fellow solicitors. It soon became apparent that these regular sessions were about much more than just CPD. They were about community.
Through our many conversations with colleagues, it became clear that the peer to peer contact and conversations that were happening on the webinars needed a bigger platform. One that was accessible every day of the week.
That is why we set about creating Solicitors’ Growth, a supportive and informative community with the aim of bringing together solicitors facing the same challenges of private practice and helping them to learn the tools and strategies they need to work smarter so that they can create a life and career they truly want.
