Solicitors Growth Network was founded in early 2021 by Flor McCarthy and Martin Lawlor, two experienced solicitors who recognised a growing need within the legal community. During a time when in-person gatherings were impossible, they began hosting online CPD sessions, quickly discovering that what their colleagues needed went far beyond compliance training.
Solicitors wanted a place to connect, share experiences, and support each other through the ups and downs of legal practice.
What started as a series of webinars evolved into something much greater – a dedicated community where solicitors could find the camaraderie, resources, and practical tools they needed to thrive in their careers.
Today, Solicitors Growth Network stands as a vibrant hub for solicitors across Ireland, offering a blend of professional development, networking opportunities, and peer-to-peer support.
